However, in a shocking turn of events, the police have failed to arrest these two swindlers even after all these years. The victim and complainant of the case, Alhaj Syed Zahir Ahsan, has expressed intense anger and frustration over this mysterious administrative inaction.### Frequent Foreign Trips in Disguise Under the Nose of Law EnforcementInvestigations reveal that these two convicted swindlers are business partners. Swindler Tarek Amin’s permanent residence is in Maijdee, Noakhali, while Swindler Niamat Ullah hails from Tongi Kaliganj under the Gazipur district. To evade arrest, they frequently alter their appearances. According to reliable sources, Swindler Niamat Ullah has grown a long beard to disguise himself. Shockingly, both swindlers are regularly travelling abroad through Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport under various disguises, right under the nose of law enforcement agencies.### Where Are They Hiding?To bypass the surveillance of law enforcement agencies, they constantly shift their locations without settling down permanently. These two swindlers secretly commute and hide out in various parts of Dhaka and its outskirts, particularly Gazipur, Jatrabari, Gopibagh, and Uttara. Their ability to move around so freely despite facing active prison sentences has raised serious questions among conscious citizens regarding the efficacy of law enforcement.### Demands and Outrage from the ComplainantExpressing his grievances, the complainant of the case, Alhaj Syed Zahir Ahsan, stated:> “The honorable court found them guilty based on proof and sentenced them accordingly. Yet, year after year, these swindlers are roaming around with convictions hanging over their heads, and the police claim they cannot find them. This is a matter of utter shame for the rule of law.”> The victim’s family has launched a strong demand to the Police Department and top administration officials to immediately track down and arrest these two fugitive swindlers. The victim’s family and ordinary citizens demand strict and swift action against these criminals, insisting that no leniency should be shown.
