Mosleh Uddin Ahmed, BPM-Service, Additional Inspector General of Police and Head of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) of Bangladesh Police, has been appointed as the new Commissioner of the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP).The appointment was officially announced on Sunday (May 17) through a notification issued by the Police-1 Branch of the Ministry of Home Affairs. The order was signed by Deputy Secretary Toufique Ahmed.With this appointment, Mosleh Uddin Ahmed is set to take charge as the head of one of the most important law enforcement agencies in the capital, Dhaka.
